Further information about the scope of confidentiality between you and the affiliated attorney is available in the separate agreement between you and the affiliated attorney.

a: Fama Regis charges $299 per letter. This amount covers access to the Fama Regis platform, and the negotiated fees due to the affiliated attorney. Fama Regis handles the payment to the affiliated attorney, so you do not have to worry about compensating the affiliated attorney.

a: No. Fama Regis’ affiliated attorneys will never bill you separately. The initial cost of review submission is the only amount you need to pay to Fama Regis for each letter.

Please note that Fama Regis is limited to facilitating the initial connection for the demand letter service. Any additional legal services are separate from your agreement with Fama Regis.

a: Yes. A draft of the proposed letter will be made available to you digitally prior to recipient delivery. If the affilaited attorney does receive confirmation of acceptance within 7 (seven) calendar days, the letter may be sent to the recipient without your approval of the draft.

a: Fama Regis is unable to offer a refund after the intial draft has been completed and presented to you. In most cases, a full refund can be issued prior to this event.
